The kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a leading company in the Electronics Industry for a Marketing Communication Coordinator to join their facilities in Athens.

About the Role

As a Marketing Communication Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in aligning marketing activities with company and brand policies. You will be responsible for executing the HQ-defined marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels while collaborating closely with sales, product management, and the European Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the department’s annual marketing budget and oversee execution for each initiative. Collaborate with the budget controller and marketing/product managers for forecasting, cost analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for external agencies, managing awareness campaigns and sales promotions. Track and report on campaign performance.
• Participate in sales and marketing team meetings, as well as meetings with partners, resellers, and installers.
• Continuously track and adjust the marketing plan based on evolving business needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for marketing-related communications within the organization.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years in marketing coordination.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, adaptability, project ownership, and effective presentation skills.
• Experience with technical products is a plus.
