Kariera's Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, one of the most important distributors of dental materials and equipment in Eastern Europe, Sales Associate. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
• Generating leads and qualifying prospects
• Developing relationships with potential customers and maintaining ongoing account management
• Identifying opportunities for growth through lead generation, relationship building and effective sales strategies

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales in the dental industry
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Strong work ethic and results orientation
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
