Technical Support Consultant

Kariera.gr on behalf of its client, one of the largest technology ecosystems in Greece and SE Europe, focusing on the development and support of business and accounting software solutions, is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and technical support on client premises

  • Support via Remote Desktop

  • Telephone customer support

  • Technical support for company applications, including ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions

  • Support systems used in the food & beverage, hospitality, clubs, and bar sectors, including PDA devices and reception systems

  • Installation and configuration of products for customers

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field

  • Good knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office package, and LAN-WAN network services

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)

  • Driver’s license

  • Proficiency in English

 

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server

  • Experience with software installation and Wi-Fi network setup

  • PC hardware assembly skills

 

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Athens, Kalithea (On-site)

  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract

  • Shift schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00- 02:00 Monthly rotation

  • 5-day work week, 8-hour shifts
