ALUMIL, a leader in architectural aluminum systems, is seeking an experienced Accessories Product Manager to join our innovative team. This position entails the responsibility for the creation, development, management, and promotion of the products assigned to you throughout their entire life cycle, guaranteeing their competitiveness in the market and the fulfillment of customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive product lifecycle of your designated products, encompassing the stages from initial concept to launch and eventual discontinuation.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, production, and sales, to create and refine product offerings.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability to drive informed decisions for enhancements or adjustments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and training on product features and benefits.
  • Create and maintain accurate product documentation and marketing materials.
  • Lead product presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the construction or aluminum industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in CAD software will be considered a plus.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
