WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
  • participate in the process of the opening of new stores and the re- arrangement of the existing ones
  • communicate with external partners and coordinate the different tasks
  • direct cost tracking in current and new premises
  • receive requests from all stores/departments regarding the premises
  • handle store building issues in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed
  • be involved in administrative routines
  • proceed with techno-economic offers
  • ensure that legal regulations are up to date

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
  • a strong individual, detail oriented, who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure
  • a degree in Engineering or relevant degree
  • 2 - 4 years experience in Facility management or construction will be highly appreciated
  • customer-first and problem-solving attitude
  • ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • works focused and systematic
  • a good tradesman who is skilled with good judgment on offers
  • experienced in working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • valid driving license

The job is based in JYSK Head Office in Athens, however a quite often travelling activity (up to 50%) within Greece and abroad should be expected.
