💻 Location: Greece (Remote flexibility across the country)
🕒 Schedule: Rotating schedule (Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00) Full-time (8-hour shifts, 5 days/week)
✨ What will you be doing?
You’ll be the go-to expert helping customers with:
- 🛒 Purchases & orders: Assisting with sales, tracking, and delivery questions
- 🧠 Technical support: Troubleshooting smart devices (think sleek vacuums, air purifiers, hair care tools, and modern lighting)
- 📩 Multichannel service: Providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and chat
- 📚 Product guidance: Explaining key features and helping customers get the most out of their tech
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Fluency in Dutch and very good English (written and spoken)
✔️ Experience in customer support, sales, or a similar role is a plus
✔️ Tech-savvy with good multitasking skills
✔️ A positive, problem-solving mindset and a calm approach
✔️ EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
