Role:
- Collaborate with L3 and other resolver teams in English
- Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorizing, and prioritizing them in line with team procedures
- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications issues
- Good troubleshooting knowledge on internet and VPN issues
- When the restoration is beyond the scope of the support escalate the issue problem to appropriate resolver group using IT Ticketing
System - Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers & related computer hardware.
- Knowledge of Citrix and VPN
- Customize & configure desktop hardware to meet specifications and business standards
- Email account administration, i.e., account creation and management and distribution lists on Office 365 User account administration,
i.e., account creation and management and password resets on Active Directory - Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation and solve basic queries
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems.
- Setting up PC workplaces
- Installations, migrations and rollouts
- Deal with stock / asset management
- Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
- Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
Requirements:
- Good customer facing skills and be well presented
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related Office applications • Support experience of MACs would be beneficial
- Knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS • Excellent communication are mandatory in English and local language
- 36 months of experience in IT field is required
- Independent and pro-active thinking
- Conference/Zoom-room support
- Experience of using a Service Now ticketing system
- Able to work to specified standards and required levels of deportment, conduct, and sound ethical workplace practices
- Able to work alone and unsupervised, taking the initiative when necessary
- Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous during troubleshooting, H&E support
- Background check English B2-C1
