The Equipment Asset Control Associate plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all store and operational equipment assets across our retail network. By maintaining accurate asset records and improving visibility into equipment utilization, you will directly contribute to cost control, operational efficiency, and sustainability goals. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of retail stores by ensuring that the right equipment is in the right place, at the right time.
What you will focus on
• Process equipment orders for existing stores and create purchase requests through the relevant system
• Develop, manage, and monitor the budget for equipment in small-scale projects
• Draft and oversee equipment agreements with department suppliers, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Support stores and collaborating departments (e.g., Operations, Technical, Procurement) with equipment-related orders and requests
• Maintain accurate asset records and generate regular reports on equipment tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, installation, or replacement of equipment
Who we are looking for
• High School Diploma, Vocational Training Institute (IEK) Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field. University Degree would be considered an asset.
• Any relevant work experience in a similar role would be a plus
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Sufficient knowledge of SAP is desirable but not required
