Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the team on the onboarding process for the real estate properties in close cooperation with all the involved stakeholders.
• Assign and monitor technical due diligence work to external engineers with the scope of accelerating the completion of relevant tasks, through an established external network.
• Liaising with third-party technical & legal advisors for the completion of relevant tasks and monitoring property performance.
• Work closely with Facility Management and Legal department on monitoring property performance.
• Providing information and reports to the client on Properties maturity process.

Experience/Skill Set/Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering University degree.
• Experience in Technical Due Diligence Reports and asset Legalization process will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational/interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
