Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the field of network or systems administration.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop Operating systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft Server Roles (Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, File Services, Hyper-V). Microsoft Certifications will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 applications such as energy monitoring, interfaces & standards.
• Knowledge of networks and infrastructure. Cisco certifications will be considered a plus.
• Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Native Greek Language, excellent knowledge of English language.
• Valid driving license

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Willingness and ability to assist with periodic system maintenance during off-peak hours.
• Ability to understand and support the needs of diverse projects across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• First level support
• Monitor and maintain acceptable system and network performance. Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions.
• Train users on supported hardware, software and office automation solutions.
• Microsoft 365 enterprise administrator
• Participate in various company projects
• Infrastructure monitoring
• Systems updates and upgrades
