Job description

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic HR Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing innovative recruitment processes to attract the right candidates and contributing to our future plans. The role reports to the Plants HR Senior Manager and is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Attract talent using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for all plants and all positions
  • Establish a wide network of external partners to support the promotion of our open positions and the company branding, in cooperation with MKT Dept.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
  • Take ownership of and coordinate the recruitment cycle for all plants
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Keep a solid record of candidates, interviews and feedback
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Finance
  • MSc in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a consulting firm or similar role
  • High level of autonomy
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in Greek and English
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and MS Office
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
