GEK TERNA GROUP, one of the leading business Groups in Greece, is currently looking for an Internal Auditor

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, perform and execute onsite and remote audits of industrial companies
• Perform audits of Financial Statements, Internal Rules of Operation, Construction Projects, Subsidiary Companies
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate audit evidence
• Support the development of formal written reports to communicate audit results to management, making recommendations where appropriate
• Assist with the development of annual audit plan
• Prepare presentations for the Audit Committee
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure the design and implementation of appropriate controls and informs on issues that require corrective action

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 - 6 years experience in auditing firm / accounting department / internal audit
• Good knowledge of auditing, internal control, accounting, costing, computerization, budgeting, reporting, etc.
• Postgraduate studies in economics and / or Professional certification will be considered a strong asset (e.g. CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, DipIFR) (in Progress or completed)
• Very Good command of the English language (oral, written)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and familiarity with SAP
• Availability for business trips of a few days in Greece and abroad
