Main Accountabilities:

• Contributes to the preparation of the company's financial statements (Greek GAAP).
• Processes invoices, daily transactions, and expenses.
• Manages payments, billing, and ordering processes.
• Handles day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Assists in month and year-end closing activities, such as accounts reconciliations, and resolves any accounting discrepancies or irregularities.
• Maintains robust financial data to ensure compliance and submission of tax filings for corporate tax and VAT.
• Monitors MyData requirements and performs relevant actions through accounting software and AADE.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position; experience in the Pharmaceutical sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. MBA or MSc in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Greek GAAP and tax issues.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems (Softone).
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
