Your main purpose
Archive all invoices in hard copies and keep electronic copies of data in dropbox library.
Proceed to vendors' ledgers reconciliations.
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience as an accountant/junior accountant of +3 years.
- Very good knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP systems would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
