Parking Office Assistant

Golden Hall

(Maternity Cover)

 

The Parking Office Assistant will put his/her effort to provide high levels of customer service and guide the customers and shopkeepers of the shopping center regarding the parking services.

 

The Parking Office Assistant will be reporting to the Operations Manager of Golden Hall.

 

In detail, the Parking Office Assistant will support the Center Management team, in the following:

  • It controls, registers and manages statistical data, accounting reports and financial data

  • Manages Cash Counting and Cash Deliveries

  • Handles the cashier of the parking lot and the payment transactions with the customers, in terms of the payment price in relation to the time of parking of the customers in the commercial parking spaces

  • Overlook all functions and equipment of the parking spaces and controls the perfection of their building infrastructure. It manages the equipment and spare parts warehouse of the parking spaces, while it deals with and restores any equipment malfunctions

  • Collaborates and communicates with the other departments of the company (technical department, information, accounting, etc.), as well as with the cooperating companies (system, cleaning, security, etc.)

  • Operate the closed circuit (CCTV) of the areas of his/her responsibility

  • Support the management team of the SC, in all the Health & Safety plans and procedures. Ensure the safety of visitors and the whole shopping center

  • Manages gift cards of the Shopping Center, if required

 

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

 

Academic Qualifications & Professional Experience:

  • Very Good knowledge in English, any additional language is considered as a plus

  • Very Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) Any certification is highly valued

  • 3 years at least of relative working experience in customer service role

  • Good use and practiced of cash handling

 

On a personal side, the ideal candidate:

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit

  • Customer-centered behavior and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work on shifts and occasionally on Weekends
