kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Junior Accountant, on behalf of a client.

Fixed term contract: 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of Accounts Payable Function
• Registration of all vendor invoices
• Daily communication with the vendors
• Reconciliation of vendor balances
• Executing manual / mass payment runs
• Checking and registering of travel expenses 
• Coordinating for ad hoc payment runs
• Preparation of various letters to vendors - customers (investment plans etc.)
• Creation of POs
• Vendor master data monitoring

Skills &Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
• IT Literacy (MS Office)
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Previous experience in using SAP system (will be considered as an asset)
