Our Accounting Lead, plays a central role in driving our financial processes and leading a team of passionate accounting professionals. Located in our head offices in Kilkis, you will guide and mentor your team to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise will help us optimize our financial performance and navigate the evolving landscape of financial management.
Here are some of the main duties in your role:
- Leading the accounting team in executing financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial accounting data.
- Collaborating with other departments to assess financial performance and drive strategic initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, providing insightful analysis for informed decision-making.
- Implementing and enhancing accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure efficiency and integrity.
- Staying updated on financial regulations and best practices to guide the team’s operations effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Class A Accountant's Licence
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development
