Position Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of the company’s accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage financial statements, tax matters, cash flow, and audits. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will be critical in driving improvements and supporting the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control all accounting operations to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with all public fund obligations, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and process the company's tax filings, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
- Lead and actively participate in financial audits, recommending process improvements where necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, including monthly financial results, performance deviations, and corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure the company meets all local, state, and government reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries.
- Experience managing and tracking fixed assets.
- A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work well in teams.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
