# yourmission
- Monitoring and entry of all travel/transportation costs (expense notes)
- Travel Management bookings and invoices’ monitoring for all employees
- Monitoring of company car costs
- Day to day communication with other departments
- Assist in activity reports
# yourprofile
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an organized accounting department with C' category books
- Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP will be considered as an additional qualification)
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented
- Previous back office experience and knowledge of the German language will be highly appreciated
