Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilledSenior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recording and maintaining financial data, ensuring accuracy in monthly tax submissions, and assisting with various year-end procedures. We are looking for people who are not only skilled in accounting but are also problem solvers and trusted advisors. What You'll Do:

• Provide tax and bookkeeping services to a portfolio of fast-growing startup clients.
• Prepare monthly VAT returns and assist in preparing annual tax returns.
• Ensure that tax and accounting operations are optimized and efficient.
• Assist in preparing Financial Statements and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulatory requirements.
• Offer customized solutions to clients’ accounting challenges, helping them streamline processes and make informed decisions.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and accounting tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on tax accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (epsilon, Softone, etc) and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Greek tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• A passion for working with startups and helping them succeed!
