How you will support our mission

We are looking for Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Conducts daily entries of expenses and purchases documents
• Supports and participates in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Supports the overall accounting and bookkeeping functions including accounts payable and receivable, inventory and capital assets
• Manage supplier invoice registration.
• Reconcile bank balances with the ERP system (payables and receivables).
• Assist in preparing executive summaries: balance sheets, cash flow, etc.
• Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
• Prepare updated forecasts and outlooks for revenue and costs.
• Implement and manage compliance with myDATA regulations.
• Perform other accounting/finance duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Knowledge of Softone and MS Office tools
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Good Command in Greek and English Language (written-spoken)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
