Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant will perform accounting and tax operations of a leading consumer products company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit accounting entries according to the applicable tax and accounting legislation.
• Perform audit procedures to ensure completeness of expenses regarding accounting and tax compliance.
• Review and reconciliation of accounting and tax books and bank accounts.
• Fixed assets management (registration, depreciation and reconciliation).
• Reconciliation, review and ensuring compliance with the regulations of My Data.
• Support with everyday accounting tasks.

• Participation in the implementation of monthly closing tasks and in annual audits.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant discipline.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax field.
• Experience in an audit firm (tax/statutory audit) will be considered as a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Familiarity with my Data.
• Very good knowledge in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially performing fluency in excel.
• Communication, planning and time management skills.
