Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Credit Control Associate on behalf of a client - a commercial and technical company that operates in the industry of Maritime Transportation.

Responsibilities & Goals:

• Monitoring customer accounts and records in order to track down outstanding invoices
• Scheduling communication on a daily basis with client mainly via telephone but also via email to ensure on-time payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Liaise with clients to resolve billing issues, negotiate payment plans and provide payment reminders
• Working and collaborating closely with Sales and Technical Departments but also with Management in order to align credit policies with business objectives
• Generating and analyzing reports on accounts receivable performance and credit exposure on a weekly basis towards Management

Requirements: 

• 2 -3  years proven working experience in a similar role
• BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Very good knowledge of the English language (both written & verbal)
• Strong communication & negotiation abilities
• Organizational skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Very good knowledge in financial tools such as ERP systems (Preferably SoftOne)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of credit management and accounting principles
