Job Purpose: The Accountant ensures the accurate and properly registration of all the accounts based on the legislation and company’s policies.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Collects, controls, and registers the invoices of production expenses and fees
- Controls the registered invoices related to production based on the Purchase Orders (PO)
- Composes stock analysis reports & transport costs reports for the logistics department
- Issues and registers sales, compensation invoices & sell out credits
- Registers purchases receipts of fixed assets and keeps their barcode and records the fixed assets depreciation
- Ensures the warehouses' proper operation
Requirements
- Up to 3 years previous experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Economics or Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP
- Proficient level of English
- Excellent communication skills
