# yourmission

• Provide administrative support to HR department (Ergani processes, absence administration, employer’s certificates, personnel trainings etc.)

•  

   Recruitment (job ads, resume screening, scheduling & conducting interviews)

•  

   New employees onboarding process

•  

  Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees

# yourprofile

•  BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
•  MSc or another certification in Human Resources Management would be highly appreciated
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources position
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources position
• Proven experience in Ergani processes and Full Cycle recruitment
• Good knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
• Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns
