AXF S.A.- attrattivo & 'ALE, is seeking financial analyst as part of its finance department, to  analyze financial data, manage cost controls, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with excellent communication skills. The role reports to the Head of Financial Planning Analysis and Controlling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis for expenses and operating costs, identifying trends and potential issues.
• Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and company goals.
• Analyze cost structures to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare budgets and track financial metrics.
• Analyze financial statements to assess company performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of proven working experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent experience of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Experience in big4 consulting audit or multinational company will be considered as an asset
