What will you be doing?
We are looking for a highly talented individual to be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s revenue processes and accounts receivable function ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections and revenue recognition

Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately record all sales and revenue transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards (US GAAP) in the CRM Dynamics & ERP system NetSuite.
  • Ensure proper recognition of revenue across different streams, including subscriptions, services, and product sales and ensure all needed documentation and paperwork
  • Managing the entire invoicing process, from creation to distribution. Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, reflecting products or services provided.
  • Monitor and reconcile deferred revenue balances and accounts receivable to ensure accurate posting in the ERP.
  • Communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances. Efficiently monitoring and collecting customer payments. Regularly reviewing accounts to identify and address late or missing payments.
  • Reconciling discrepancies, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment terms.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to billing or payments. Collaborating with sales teams to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Generating insightful reports and analysis for management. Compiling data to evaluate the organization’s financial performance. Identifying trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement. This applies for revenue reporting as well as AR Aging.
  • Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
  • Managing the Intercompany invoices & reconciliations
  • Support the daily performance of the accounting department.
  • Supports monthly financial reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ experience in revenue management and accounts receivable role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to revenue.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and proficient with other Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Flexible and quick learner.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with international accounts receivable processes and tax regulations.
  • Knowledge of automated billing systems or payment gateways.
  • Experience working with Dynamics & NetSuite.
