 ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a global Healthcare Technology leader, is seeking to recruit an Accounting Clerk.

📌 Location: Marousi

📍   Working Model: Hybrid model

     * Remote work will be available as an option upon successful completion of the probationary period

 📝Contract duration: 18 months, covering maternity leave

🖋️You will be reporting to: Accounting & Tax Manager

What you will do:

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets to track income and expenses information
• Manage Accounts Payable and oversee bills and invoices
• Ensure the reconciliation of revenues and expenses between two systems, SAP & Capital BOS
• Ensure all financial practices follow local laws and company policies
• Coordinate with international teams regarding invoices and related follow-up actions

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in a similar role in an Accounting department
• Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of financial principles such as debits, credits, balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger entries
• Experience in a multinational environment will be considered as a plus
• Proficient user of Excel formulas
• Excellent command of the English language
• Detail oriented
• Organizational skills
• Numerical proficiency
