The candidate’s mission will be to focus on providing general accounting support to ensure smooth financial operations of M-STAT.

Main responsibilities:

• Issue invoices on Softone.
• Create and maintain customer details.
• Process daily accounting transactions.
• Support in the reconciliation of General Ledger, Vendor and Customer balances.
• Assist accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis/reports, as per management requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Must-have skills:

• Experience in Softone ERP
• 2-3 years' experience in a relevant position
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline, will be considered an asset
• Fluency in both Greek and English language, oral and written
• Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
