As a Treasury Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily cash management and liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient funds for operations
- Manage and optimize the company's debt obligations, including payment schedules and refinancing opportunities
- Maintain and negotiate banking relationships to secure favorable terms and services
- Develop and implement strategies for investing excess cash in low-risk, short-term instruments
- Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
- Oversee cash disbursements, ensuring efficient payment processing and robust cash controls
- Prepare and present treasury reports on cash positions, liquidity, debt, and investment performance
- Collaborate on long-term cash flow forecasting and align treasury activities with the company’s growth plans
- Support capital raising and financing activities to meet business expansion needs
- Drive process improvements in treasury operations, implementing best practices and automation
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related Field; a Master Degree or professional certifications in related field is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems, prior experience in SoftOne is a plus
- Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive and dynamic personality
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and find practical solutions quickly
- Willingness to learn and improve
