Credit Controller

Your Role
As part of a highly motivated team, your main role is to oversee the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty. As such, you should be an excellent communicator with an efficient yet friendly manner while working with both internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day monitoring of customer balances to ensure timely payment according to the plan
- You will be responsible for clients’ reconciliation (outstanding balances & payment schedule)
- Follow up procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction/retention
- Demonstrate great analytic skills in dealing with complex accounts that have been escalated
- Liaise competently with customers, as well as internal personnel including the operations team to ensure an excellent flow of communication
- Maintain and nurture excellent relations with customers and partners
- Foster great relationships with other colleagues and departments to ensure cross-departmental efficiencies
- Demonstrate personal accountability that delivers good value and drives results
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration would be considered a plus
- Corporate experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Panasoft would be appreciated
- First-rate written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Results-driven personality, with energy, commitment and a passion for personal development
- Creative and problem-solving thinking, with the ability to meet and maintain required performance standards
- Co-operation with a high degree of independence within agreed policies and targets.
