Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to resolve overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of collections and account statuses
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans when necessary
• Collaborate with the finance team to update account information and resolve disputes
• Prepare collection reports and provide insights on receivables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control within the Accounting or Finance department.
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software – (Epsilon Net familiarity is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
