We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 30 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion in Greece, we are looking for our Market Center in Athens, a part time (8 hours per Saturday) Leads Coordinator.
Your Responsibilities
- Forward new client requests from incoming calls, the EV website and other portals to agents
- Manage Leads for both Sales & Rental departments
- Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs) and Team Coordinators (TCs) to assign leads appropriately
- Contact clients who have provided incomplete information or if their area of interest hasn't been serviced yet
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role
- Language Skills: Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google workspace
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Reliability and responsibility
- Organizational skills
