German Client Care Consultant for a new online payment platform - Athens

We are looking for fluent German speakers to build and join the German department of a new platform for online payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via chat, e-mail, and some calls
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (minimum level C1-C2, oral and written)
  • Good command of English (minimum level B2, oral and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer success or customer care roles will be considered an asset
  • Basic technical skills
  • Ability to work from the office (Athens)
  • EU Passport
