Technical Service and Workshop Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator for MAN Energy Solutions , you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating service requests from clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your role involves interacting with clients, coordinating with various teams, and overseeing the end-to-end process of shipping services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Request Management:
  • Receive and review service requests from clients, for all the services related with MAN ES portfolio
  • Ensure that all service requests are accurately documented and properly initiated.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients , providing updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations regarding their service requests.
  • Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients throughout the service process.
  1. Coordination:
  • Collaborate with Technical department to plan and execute service requests.
  • Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs.
  • To address the Technical questions to the responsible person/department (e.g Project coordinator, Technical Superintendent etc) and to ensure the prompt update/reply.
  1. Scheduling and Routing:
  • Plan shipping routes by having a good communication with the involved parties (Sales Coordinator, Shipping, Retrofit dpt etc) in order to combine spare parts and service request on time.
  • Consider factors like distance, cargo type, and delivery deadlines in scheduling.
  • Precise monitoring and reporting on the personnel’s utilization rates
  1. Documentation:
  • Collaborate with Service team to deliver the report on time.
  • Collaborate through MAN Network/service points for issuing VISA documents
  • Prepare reports on service request status and performance. To maintain internal platforms updated where is needed.
  • Update ERP and CRM platform accordingly.
  • Request invoices from Business Partners in order to issue Customer’s invoices on time.
  • Follow up Customer Statement of account.
  1. Problem-Solving:
  • Address any challenges or issues that arise during the service process, such as delays, damages, or changes to service requests.
  • Implement solutions and communicate effectively with clients and relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies ,logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience in service coordination within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships..
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability on data handling and deliver results on time
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, oral and written
  • Team Player –Approachable, cooperative & friendly
