Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conducts thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Utilizes various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.
• Provides an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintains a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Utilizes analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improves processes.
• Stays abreast of trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
• Manages multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exhibits a high level of comprehension in understanding complex job requirements and organizational needs.
• Displays resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and mission in all recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
