Minopta, a multidivisional company active in Eye Care, is looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to Join our Sales team in Athens.

As a core member of our Sales Dept team, you need to have:

• Business Administration or Technological Educational Institution is a plus
• Experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related (e.g. Sales analysis or Sales order processing), preferably in the technology industry
• Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback, and find solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work productively with First Line Managers
• Ability to work across team boundaries and communicate effectively
• Experience with CRM or similar software
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Owing to sales quotes process and commercial documentation
• Ability to oversight commercial offers
• Ability to develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product documentation, and competitive analysis
• Optimize processes, refining existing processes, implementing sales best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional language like Italian, French is a plus).
