Description:
A company based in the Northern Suburbs of Athens is looking to recruit a trustworthy and reliable Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate should have the sense of urgency and priority setting and a strong willingness to learn and handle a variety of tasks (including, but not limited to: organizing travels, supporting personal & professional matters, handling the day-to-day agenda, etc).
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Similar professional experience of 4-5 years
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational & time management skills
- Careful attention to detail, creative thinking
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Driving License
