AMS Documentation Employee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily distribution of worldwide manifest deadlines in line with AMS Regulations.
  • Performance of AMS Declarations to respective Customs Offices
  • Following-up of vessel routings, prospects (ETA/ETL/ETD), assisting syncing of system data and update of AMS deadlines whenever necessary
  • Treating vessel rotation changes in line with system requirements and Customs regulations
  • Liaising with worldwide agency network, provision of guidance and assistance on uploading of BL manifests

 

Working Hours:

  • Employees work 5 days a week, which may include Saturday or Sunday as part of a rolling shift schedule.
  • Shifts of a rolling schedule could be: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00 or 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00.
  • All shifts are performed onsite apart from the 23:00-07:00 and 18:00-02:00 shifts which are performed remotely.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • No previous experience needed – we welcome fresh graduates with no prior experience
