In this context, we are looking for a customer service representative to take over the communication with key accounts as also the coordination and implementation of office procedures and other projects and tasks.
Most work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
· Handles customer enquiries (telephone or electronic orders, order entry)
· Handles customer complains (complain entry and solving) by following established processes while maintaining customer satisfaction
· Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and alignment with production operations.
· Monitors sales indicators and develops customers potentials
· Manage phone calls and correspondence with current and potential customers.
· Participate in weekly/monthly/yearly meetings
· Assist as requested and perform other treated duties as required
Qualifications:
· Academic or higher education diploma (HEIs –TEIs)
· At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in consumer goods (food sector).
· Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to take initiatives and to manage multiple projects effectively
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Οrganisation skills with attention to details
· Ability to manage pressure and conflict demands and prioritize tasks and workload
