Greka Icons S.A is looking for an Administration Assistant via DYPA program «Πρόγραμμα Απόκτησης Επαγγελματικής Εμπειρίας -Προεργασίας για νέους ανέργους 18-29 ετών». The selected candidate will provide administrative and accounting support, assisting the Financial Director with reporting, document management, and ERP entries. They will also help ensure accurate account reconciliations and assist in coordinating financial procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance across departments, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring that all records and documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Assist the Financial Director with various tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating financial activities.
- Accurately process accounting entries in the company’s ERP system, ensuring that all data is correctly recorded and aligned with company procedures.
- Regularly review and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate the implementation and adherence to departmental procedures, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with company policies.
Requirements

- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
