Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant in a family office located in Kifisiá. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to two executives, managing calendars, paying bills and invoices, overseeing and filing of expenses in hard copy and online format, budget planning, organizing meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential information, able to run errands outside of the office.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role i.e. banking, office manager
-Over 40 years old, minimum 7 years work experience
-Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs or other cloud services
-Flexible and able to multitask and prioritize tasks
-Discretion and trustworthiness
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
-Courteous and quick thinker
-Self starter and motivated to accomplish tasks without supervision
-Proficient in conducting online research, compile data for decision making of the employer
-Drivers license and car are a prerequisite for position.
