Office Coordinator

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's production process.

The position refers to the Production Manager and includes the following:

 Data entry in ERP program. 

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor worldwide imports and exports. 
  • Organize, manage and cooperate with Logistics warehouse to process supplier orders 
  • Follow up of suppliers' delivery plan. Communication with the Forwarders and Local agents for shipment arrangements. 
  • Collection and payment agreements with suppliers. 
  • Follow up of the production 

SKILLS 

o Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office ICDL International Certification of Digital Literacy 

o Competent user of ERP systems such as ENTERSOFT EXPERT & ENTERSOFT EBS. 

o Organizational skills. 

o Calendar management. 

o Communication skills. 

o Multitasking. 

o Time management. 

o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

o Flexibility.
