PERI Group, the leading international company in the field of Formwork and Scaffolding, is looking for a Contract Specialist for its subsidiary PERI Hellas located in Koropi, Attica.

Role objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient contract delivery and maintain positive client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information for contract preparation
• Monitor contract timelines and ensure signing from all parties
• Provide administrative support for the organization and maintenance of contract documentation
• Carry out compliance checks and adherence to contractual terms
• Ensure the resolution of contract-related issues or disputes

Required Qualifications

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 3-4 years previous experience in equivalent role
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with basic contract management principles and practices. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Detail-oriented professional
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management tools (preferred). 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
