ROLE SUMMARY
As an Administration Officer you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the Organization. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capacity to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective is to facilitate the smooth flow of operations and contribute to overall productivity.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all relevant Office Operations such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping as well as managing office supplies and handling incoming emails and phone calls routing them appropriately.
- Assists in Scheduling and Calendar Management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences, as well travel arrangements
- Assists all team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS
Education & Experience
- University/College degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple tasks with strict deadlines
- Excellent knowledge and usage of the Greek and English languages
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
