Front Office Administrator (Receptionist)

Due to the continued growth of our practice we are now recruiting a Front Office Administrator (Receptionist) for our office in Athens.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

  • Greet visitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately

  • Ensure all visitors sign in and comply with company security protocols

  • Coordinate visitor passes and notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals

  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars

  • Book meeting rooms and collaborative space and maintain tidiness

  • Screen and route incoming telephone calls, take messages, and answer incoming queries

  • Support office manager in events planning and organization

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages 

  • Perform general maintenance of the reception area

  • Provide assistance to other departments as required

The role required physical presence at the company’s premises.


What we are looking for:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration or any other related field will be considered as an asset

  • At least one (1) year experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, and phone systems).

  • Positive attitude and welcoming demeanor

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Military services fulfilled for male candidates
