Due to the continued growth of our practice we are now recruiting a Front Office Administrator (Receptionist) for our office in Athens.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

Greet visitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately

Ensure all visitors sign in and comply with company security protocols
-
Coordinate visitor passes and notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
-
Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
-
Book meeting rooms and collaborative space and maintain tidiness
-
Screen and route incoming telephone calls, take messages, and answer incoming queries
-
Support office manager in events planning and organization
-
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
Perform general maintenance of the reception area
-
Provide assistance to other departments as required
The role required physical presence at the company’s premises.
What we are looking for:
-
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration or any other related field will be considered as an asset
-
At least one (1) year experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
-
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
-
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, and phone systems).

Positive attitude and welcoming demeanor
-
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
