The company today is the exclusive distributor in Greek Market of commercial brand names TOYOTOMI, KEROSUN, SINGER, IZOLA, BRANDT, FABER.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join and support our Export Sales Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with logistics center and transport companies to ensure timely and efficient export logistics.
- Provide administrative support for the company’s export operations, including processing documentation and tracking shipments.
- Maintain entries in the SAP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure seamless export operations.
- Handle various administrative tasks to support the sales team and enhance overall productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- University, TEI, or College degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in export or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus; strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
