- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products to drive and enhance sales.
- Identify and educate prospective customers while providing support to existing clients.
- Be responsible for enriching our clientele, maintaining excellent customer service, and constantly monitoring the market.
- Take initiatives and suggest new strategies to optimize success.
- Manage incoming clients’ requests and leads.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored products/services.
- Ensure that all prospects and client data are recorded in our systems.
- Conduct all necessary administrative tasks to complete the sales cycle.
- Adress client requests and resolve complaints.
- Participate in company events and foster strong relationships with all partners.
- Develop both internal and external relationships with customers.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Provide clients with complete information regarding vehicles, costs, terms, and conditions.
Ideal candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience is a plus.
- Experience in sales over the telephone is a plus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in MS Office.
- A commitment to continuous self-development and improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Brilliance to present and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Leadership skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- A demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- A highly motivated, business-savvy individual with industry expertise.
