Join our international team as a Secretary / Personal Assistant.
Secretary responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with email correspondence and phone calls
- Managing schedules and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Collaborate with Events Management when necessary
- Reminding Management of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
To be a successful Secretary you should possess the following qualifications:
- University Degree in Communications/Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Secretarial experience in a respectable company in Greece or abroad
- Fluent Knowledge of English and very good knowledge of French is mandatory
- Must be willing to travel when needed
- Must possess a discreet personality, with a high level of Integrity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in planning events internationally will be considered as an asset
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Experience in handling international partners will be considered an asset.
