We are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to GMT Group CEO.
As a PA to the CEO, you will assume the duty of administrative support in order to optimize daily workflow and procedures.
You will work closely with CEO by communicating with partners and customers.
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with CEO, joining all the meetings he will be attending, in and out of the company
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Answer and filter phone calls and messages discretely
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Organize and distribute messages
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners (also trough ERP systems)
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Organizing files, preparing documents
- Travel out of Greece
- Meet partners and customers together with CEO
- Participate in negotiations and handle sensitive topics on behalf of CEO
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Secretary, PA or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office
- BSc Degree is considered an asset
